Do NOT do these 3 things to support your rev efforts this summer!

​With our coveted Independence Day holiday approaching fast, now is a good time for my recommendations on what NOT TO DO this summer to support your sales managers and front-line warriors.
 
1. DO NOT provide skills training for your team during these slow, lallygagging dog days of summer.  Let your rev personnel catch their breath a bit. 
 
2. DO NOT worry that your team is only average at handling buyer objections and navigating obstacles.  (Over-rated skils...)  They'll learn in good time. 
 
3. DO NOT provide a workshop for your sales managers to ensure they’re focused, efficient, and maximizing their managerial talents.  They're doing great handling these summer headwinds.  
 
And btw, why are you so uptight?  Just chillax.  It’s summer, after all.  The business climate is 72 and sunny!  Let it be slow!
