Today’s B2B sellers "look" strong on paper, but looks are often deceiving and we know the real world is truly a jungle.  These individuals who fight for revenue on a daily basis possess an unparalleled amount of knowledge and desire, but lack refined and specific sales skills needed to grow your company.  Unfortunately, our sales managers are yesterday’s sales stars who haven’t been professionally counseled on how to lead amidst the complexities of the B2B market.  Thus, most companies are trying to succeed through this obvious performance management crisis without appropriately addressing the issues on the table. 
 
Core 6 Management Advisors earns its reputation by diagnosing and successfully fixing revenue operations problems (from process to personnel) that aren’t in the company leadership’s scope of vision.  Through proprietary tools and approaches learned through many years of doing some things right, and many things wrong, Core 6 effects positive change by instituting plans and strategies it guarantees will improve behaviors, actions, and performance.

Welcome and thank you for visiting with Core 6 Management Advisors LLC.  The company is named after six proven foundations that focus the custom work I provide that improve my clients’ sales teams and results.
 
My vast and varied experience in executive sales management, commitment to my proven approaches and teaching frameworks, and passion for my work consistently yield improved motivation and performance amongst my clients.  I genuinely love my work and am driven to help everyone in sales push themselves towards optimum performance.
