When Laura called and asked to pitch her assignment for her senior team at Sharecare, I was really excited because of the difficulty in teaching "closing/negotiating skills". My methods are highly based on specific role playing to reinforce learning, and scenarios that focus on "closing/negotiating" are very hard to emulate for such exercises. At the end of the day, her engaged team was eager to learn and experiement with what was created for them.
