Thank goodness you snap a lot of pictures on your phone or there’d be little proof you were alive on certain days.

The unrelenting pace and complexity of the digital arena in which we live and work limits our ability to be, and feel productive. Without a disciplined view of time and strong time-management skills, goals will be more challenging and personal career growth will be limited. When the clock manages us, we feel out of balance and unsure about our ability to find fulfillment with our work…and life!

- Goal setting: time management applications and correlations;
- Discipline and control: uncovering your personal attention sweet-spot to improve focus and productivity;
- Distraction command: putting yourself in the right place for real work;
- Clocking-out: the importance of turning off and tuning-out (be it meditation, reflection, or randomly walking around your hood);
- Communication skills: saying "no" to fend off time-suckers and clock-leachers;
- Multi-tasking: what works, and what doesn't work (hint: nothing works...multi-tasking is not effective, stop kidding yourself);
- Time tracking: best practices and alternative thinking for skeptics and resistors.
