On 3, 4 June 2020, Core 6 Management Advisors will be facilitating the incredibly powerful Sales Leadership Training workshop in association with partner IAB. This two-day, robust and comprehensive workshop held in New York provides intensive skill training for entry to mid-level sales managers. The goal of the workshop is for participants to learn foundational and actionable sales management principles, methods, and skills that will immediately empower higher productivity as a leader of those who drive revenue. Developing Your #1 Asset: Human BeingsSales managers will learn how to teach sellers the necessary and proven skills that yield strong and consistent results. Skills include prospecting, preparation (agenda setting), presentation and communication, qualifying, objection handling, closing and negotiating.
